I don’t have the tracking number?
After shipping the order out, we will email you the tracking number and link. Sometime the email may go to the junk box. Please have a check. If you still not receive, you can contact our customer service. Contact Us here!

How Will I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, you can no longer cancel. It is already dispatched and on the way to your delivery address.
