How to guarantee the delivery of the package?
- We recommend using the same billing and shipping address your credit card company has on file. This will avoid shipment delays. Further, it saves you with cheaper transport costs.
- We will not issue a refund if refused at the correct address and returned to our warehouse. The customer handles all shipping and packaging costs of the returned item (s).
- If the courier returns it to us undamaged, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge. We will notify you by email about the returns.
I was not at home when the package arrived.
If the package fits in your mailbox, the carrier will leave it there if the package requires no signature.

Refund & Damages (Conditions)
All warranties provided begin from the date you ordered the product (s); therefore, you have a 30-day to file your claim.
We will not replace or refund products damaged because of normal wear-and-tear (such as bending and scratching), or wrongful care or abuse,
All items that do not meet the description or are defective/damaged upon arrival are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Things lost in transit: You can request a full refund.
• Items arrive damaged or broken: It should NOT be broken or faulty when you receive them. We will provide a free return or replacement.

Make a Refund Claim
To complete your return, email email@example.com with a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item (s) purchased and a brief description of the problem. Please include your tracking number.
If you have not received your order and want a refund, only include your order number and a brief explanation of the situation in your email.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We will email you a refund or replacement when we receive and check the returned item(s).
Once we accept a request for a refund, we provide one or more methods for payment or item exchanged within 7 -10 days:

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Bank Statement Refund

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, but sales products are regrettably not refunded.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If it's not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to deliver it to you, we will mail the return to the gift giver.
Please note that we may ship some items separately and receive your order in multiple deliveries. If you receive over one package, we will provide you with a unique tracking number for each package.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week.
Reward Points Return Policy
Please note you will not be repaid the cash equivalent of the points used if you have already used rewards points on the order returned.
Cancelling an Order
Our goal is to process and ship orders quickly. Once you have received your order confirmation email, we cannot make changes or cancel it soon after handing over the package to our courier. It is on route to your location.
Order not received within the Estimated Delivery Time

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Fees
We do everything possible to avoid customers being charged custom fees. We add taxes (including VAT) in the pricing. The majority (>99%) of our orders are delivered with no added charges. We cannot be responsible for these fees, as we do not receive the money. The funds go only to your government.
