Our estimated delivery time is between 4 - 15 days, depending on where you live. For example, if you are in Europe with our warehouse in the UK, it takes about 3-5 days.Â
- NOTE, you will receive your order from the date shipped out; not from the date, you placed the order from the checkout.
- Please use the same mailing and shipping address for orders. This will insure payment and avoid shipment delays. Â Â
- Check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery because of an error in the address you supply.  If an item is returned because of an incorrect address, we would refund the purchase price (minus the shipping fees). We ask that you re-submit your order.

Order Processing
When your payment is verified, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive the shipping confirmation email when we ship your order. If you have not, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please note that we may ship some items separately and receive your order in multiple deliveries. If you receive over one package, we will provide you with a unique tracking number for each package. Â
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
We avoid customers being charged with additional fees. We add taxes (including VAT) in the pricing. The majority (>99%) of our orders get delivered with no added charges. We cannot be responsible for these fees if you do, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go only to your government. For additional information, please get in touch with your local customs office.
