ADDRESS SHIPPING: How can I guarantee the delivery of the package?
Please use the same billing and shipping address your credit card company has on file. This will avoid shipment delays. Also, it saves us with cheaper transport costs.
Can I purchase with an International credit card or PayPal?
International Payment Methods Accepted:
- International Credit Cards
When using an international credit card, the billing address on file with your bank goes through checks. This process helps to protect the cardholder from credit card fraud. Please allow 2-3 business days for verification to be completed.
For faster processing, we recommend purchases with a verified PayPal account.
NOTE, if we cannot verify the information you provided with an international credit card, we will send a PayPal payment request as an alternate payment method.

Do international packages come with tracking?
Yes! All orders will have tracking until they reach their destination. You'll get a second email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. NOTE, If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you are interested in knowing where your order is, we recommend using 17track.net.
- If 17track.net recorded your package as delivered but not received it, contact your local mail office. (For example, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom).
- After your order has been dispatched, we cannot change.
Your order’s tracking may go through several states, and the system may not update as often. Therefore, allow 24-hour to lapse and then check again.
Shipping times. How long does an order take?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Our estimated delivery time is between 4 -15 days, depending on your location. For example, if you are in Europe with our warehouse in the UK, it takes about 3-5 days. Note, you will receive your order from the date it was shipped out, not from the date it was placed.

Can I ship my package to a PO mailbox?
Our courier's policy doesn't accept deliveries to PO boxes. It's best to put an address where you live to pick up the package and sign for it if necessary.
I’m not at home when the package arrived?
It usually depends on the country. If the letter carrier does not find anyone at home on the first delivery attempt, they will try a second time the next working day again. If the package fits in your mailbox, the carrier will leave it there without requiring a signature.
I have received damaged/incorrect items. What option do I have?
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, add your order number and a photo of the items. Also, a brief explanation in your email. Then reach out to us through our Contact Us page at email@example.com or call (+44 020 89035639). We will work to find the best solution.
- If you haven’t received your order and want a refund, only include your order number, also a brief explanation of the situation in your email.
NOTE, we cannot accept returns on WORN, DAMAGED, or ALTERED items. Orders older than 30 days (from the date you received them) are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

We will not refund shipping fees and taxes for packages that are rejected because of VAT/duties.
I placed an order! When will I receive it?
Orders shipped from our Mayfairtrends warehouse in the United Kingdom within 3-business days of being processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week.
Please notes, some items may arrive in many parcels, as we may ship them separately. If so, we will provide you with a unique tracking number for each package. If you are interested in knowing where your order is, we recommend 17track.net.

What about Customs, Duties & Taxes & Imports?
When making a purchase, we include taxes and VAT in the prices.

My bank statement. How can I remember the purchase transaction?
As soon as your bank has completed the credit card transaction status, the descriptor ‘SP * MAYFAIRTRENDS LP’ will appear on your bank statement. This will help you easily recognise the transaction.
